Data security is a fundamental priority for our organization. We protect data using end-to-end encryption with TLS and AES-256, ensuring safety both in transit and at rest. Our development processes adhere to a secure software delivery lifecycle, are rigorously tested against OWASP standards, and include continuous, automated testing. All data is stored in physically secure Microsoft Azure facilities, which feature 24/7 on-site security and surveillance.

Additionally, all customer data is housed in UK (South) data centers, complying with SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, and HITRUST standards. As an organization, we are aligned with GDPR and hold Cyber Essentials certification, underscoring our commitment to comprehensive data security.

As per our Privacy Policy, please note that all documents uploaded by users remain the exclusive property of the user. Should a user decide to delete their data, it is immediately and completely removed from our servers. There are no backups or archives of user data kept after the deletion. 

The platform is fully containerised and can be deployed into your if required.

GPTs is a basic but quick way to train OpenAI LLMs on your data. It is perfect for experimenting and a great way to get started in exploring GenAI use cases. However, it does not come with any of the configurability, control, observability, deploy-ability, multi-agent capability or evaluation that comes out of the box with Great Wave AI.  

They are fantastic tools for highly capable  developers willing to build specific GenAI applications from the ground-up. For others, Great Wave AI has done much of the hard work for you and allows you to move directly to the high value-add activities like refining the agent workflows for your specific use cases.
