The sovereign GenAI agent orchestration platform
Great Wave AI delivers generative AI with trust and control across policing, defence, government and regulated industries — simple, secure, flexible and fast.
in production
Some of our government and regulated industry clients:
The path to GenAI success is precision and control
Implementing generative AI isn't about one-size-fits-all tools. You need a holistic roadmap across your whole organisation, and a network of highly specific, interconnected AI agents that solve for precision, reliability, and control.
Choose the right use-cases
We advocate for "starting with the archive". Find the business value hidden away in underused archives and allow GenAI to surface it somewhere convenient for users.
Delivering GenAI where scrutiny is highest
Organisations are being told to "do something with AI." But most GenAI projects stall before delivering real impact — not because plugging in an LLM is hard, but because making AI good enough, consistent enough, secure enough, and defensible enough is incredibly difficult.
Where projects get stuck
Teams struggle to:
- Manage security, audit, and compliance requirements
- Improve performance without burning time and budget
- Measure quality in a credible way
- Define what "good" actually means
Projects get stuck in the "interesting but not good enough" trap — and scrutiny rises as progress slows.
A micro-agent architecture
Great Wave AI provides a way to build precise agents quickly, measure them with domain-expert metrics, and secure, audit, and scale your GenAI:
- Small, highly precise AI agents
- Each doing one job predictably
- Fully observable, testable, and auditable
- Powered by any LLM
- Secure and easy to connect to existing systems
Fragile pilots replaced with systems you can trust and scale
Empowering MoD Learning & Development and the Pan-Defence Skills Framework
Defence · Ministry of Defence
The challenge
The Ministry of Defence set out to thread the latest GenAI technology through its Pan-Defence Skills Framework (PDSF), and — in support of the Strategic Defence Review — to help Service Personnel navigate the thousands of existing and potential opportunities to gain apprenticeships, civilian qualifications and professional industry recognition from military training.
The outcome
The MoD is using the Great Wave AI platform to develop an AI solution for the Defence Accreditation programme, cohering those opportunities so personnel can understand what is available to them — while supporting evidence-based strategy development and the targeting of key skills to help Defence build future war-fighting capacity. The MoD has embraced the scale approach recommended by government for all departments building GenAI solutions.
"Great Wave AI is a veteran-founded and heavily veteran-staffed business so this one feels really special. I cannot wait to show what our technology can do!" — Ministry of DefenceRead the full case study →
- GenAI threaded through the Pan-Defence Skills Framework
- Supporting the Defence Accreditation programme
- Cohering thousands of apprenticeship, qualification and recognition opportunities
- Aligned to the Strategic Defence Review and future war-fighting capacity
GenAI-powered content compliance for UK government websites
Central government · Department for Business & Trade
The challenge
The UK Government needed to ensure content across its GOV.UK websites was accurate, up-to-date and compliant with content design standards. Manual checks were time-consuming and prone to human error, risking misinformation and inefficiency across an estate of over 700,000 pages.
The outcome
Using the Great Wave AI Platform, a GenAI-powered system automates the scanning and evaluation of web pages and PDFs, assessing each for accuracy, expired information, adherence to content design standards, and conflicting or duplicate guidance — producing a detailed compliance report for each URL. This reduced the time required for manual checks, improved accuracy, assured compliance, and scales to large volumes across government websites, freeing content designers and policy officials to focus on the harder semantic problems.
"The platform they provided allowed us to skip a lengthy build phase… We were able to produce early results within three weeks. It was an added bonus to have collaborated with a British AI SME, who have deployed their platform in both policy and operational contexts." — Angus Barry, Lead Product Manager, DBTRead the full case study →
- Reduced time required for manual content checks
- Improved accuracy and reduced risk of misinformation
- Adherence to content design standards, with conflicting guidance detected
- Scalable across the wider government web estate
- Early results produced within three weeks
Transforming public safety with trust and control
Policing · Warwickshire Police
The challenge
Warwickshire Police wanted to transform frontline operations with Generative AI. Officers and staff often needed quick access to key information across different systems, routine manual tasks consumed valuable time, and adopting AI in policing required a strong focus on trust and control.
The outcome
Partnering with Great Wave AI, the force deploys GenAI agents securely on its own Microsoft Azure tenant, with clear governance in place. Agents make operational guidance more easily available on demand and automate repetitive processes across operational and corporate services — giving officers faster access to information, greater capacity for frontline policing, and a trusted foundation for scaling from proof of concept to production.
- Faster access to operational guidance for frontline officers
- Reduced time spent searching across systems
- Repetitive processes automated across operational and corporate services
- Secure deployment on Warwickshire Police's Microsoft Azure tenant
- Clear governance, accountability and data security
Driving innovation in telecoms
Telecoms · TalkTalk (PXC)
The challenge
PXC wanted to build GenAI without hiring an internal data science team.
The outcome
With access to Great Wave AI, PXC now has 6 use-cases and over 100 agents live and in production — turning their existing software development team into a generative AI development team overnight. Five GenAI agents retrieve data across four legacy systems and generate customer-ready order updates, reducing account manager workload and improving SLA compliance.
"The Great Wave Platform itself is phenomenal. We have literally gone from a group of really highly skilled software engineers and converted them into really highly skilled AI engineers because all of the complexity around AI has been taken away." — Phill Magill, Chief Engineer, PXCRead the full case study →
Smarter public service delivery
Central government · The Insolvency Service
The challenge
The Insolvency Service had the vision and the backlog but lacked the framework to transition from theory to live tools. They needed a partner to operationalise the government's Scan–Pilot–Scale methodology — turning a list of ideas into a high-velocity GenAI development engine.
The solution
Our platform transformed their roadmap into a repeatable production line for prototyping, building, and supporting GenAI. The Insolvency Service now maintains constant momentum: 4 use cases live, 5 in testing, and 2 in active development.
Boosting efficiency and revenue in the public sector
Public sector solutions · Scrumconnect
The challenge
Scrumconnect held extensive archival knowledge that was largely undocumented or tribal, while candidate selection and pre-sales preparation demanded heavy manual effort. Writing case studies for new client acquisition could take several weeks, and building an in-house generative AI team was cost-prohibitive in a competitive talent market.
The outcome
Great Wave AI automated HR and pre-sales tasks and unlocked rapid access to archival insight. Case study creation dropped from weeks to 15 minutes, bid volume doubled with a 30% higher win rate — adding an extra £2 million to top-line revenue — and deployable GenAI proof-of-concepts went from six weeks to two days. Scrumconnect's team now builds and manages its own agents independently.
"The results speak for themselves; more bids with a higher win-rate, increased efficiencies, and much happier staff. Using the Great Wave AI platform has made developing these products fast and transparent." — Praveen Karadiguddi, CEO, ScrumconnectRead the full case study →
