Great Wave AI developed a GenAI-powered agent trained on the UK Highway Code. The agent was integrated into WhatsApp, allowing members to ask questions and receive instant, accurate answers about driving rules and regulations. As ever with agents built on the Great Wave AI platform, this prototype came with observability, evaluation and guardrails out-of-the-box.
Outcome
The WhatsApp-based GenAI agent worked seamlessly and has given the client the confidence that they can deliver services like this technically. That has allowed a commercial business case for further work to be written and it awaits board-level approval.
