The Team

Jack has spent the last 20 years in technology consulting and IT services. The last 10 of those have been at Partner level and above. His role is to drive the growth of the business and ensure delivery of the mission to accelerate the benefits of GenAI.

Harrison has 15 years’ practical experience in the technology industry. He’s led large agile teams that have built scaled platforms for government and regulated industries. His role is to keep the Great Wave AI platform at the leading edge of this emerging field and to ensure its usefulness and reliability for our customers.

With a maths degree and a 6 years’ practical experience in technology consulting and sales, Sam brings rigour, logic and efficiency to the team. His role is to ensure the business operates effectively and efficiently.

Albert has helped found 30+ seed and pre-seed businesses. He brings experience, a razor-sharp commercial mind and skilful deal-making to the team.

James is a London-based Imperial engineering graduate.  He was our first employee and has been central in delivering many of the key features on the platform.

Umeyzi is a London-based AI developer with over 15 years experience in the games industry.  As well as deep technical expertise he brings and expert design eye, honed from years of creating games, to our platform.

Based in the Midlands, Ram is a full-stack developer with a degree in information technology. He brings a passion for innovation and an obsessive eye for detail to the team.

For anyone interested in GenAI in the UK, Glen needs no introduction.  He’s the National Technology Officer of Microsoft UK and leads their 3,000+ technical team here. He’s also the face of GenAI for Microsoft representing their view of the future to strategic clients and beyond. Glen says, “I invested in Great Wave AI because it’s a world-class platform that complements what the hyper-scale businesses like Microsoft are doing and instantly unlocks so much of the potential for GenAI for business users.” 

Praveen is Co-founder and CEO at award-winning and high-growth technology consulting firm Scrumconnect. After successful stints as a technology leader on large-scale technology projects at The Home Office, Praveen went on to be Managing Partner at Agilesphere. Since leaving to set-up Scrumconnect in 2011, he has grown it to a major player within central government technology consulting with over 250 staff placed across major accounts like DWP, MoJ and DfE. Praveen says, ““The platform is just brilliant. It has taken us from ‘in the mix’ on GenAI to best-in-class within weeks.”

As a co-founder of Scrumconnect, Shilpa has been instrumental in growing it into a highly successful and multi-award winning technology consultancy.
