Harrison has 15 years’ practical experience in the technology industry. He’s led large agile teams that have built scaled platforms for government and regulated industries. His role is to keep the Great Wave AI platform at the leading edge of this emerging field and to ensure its usefulness and reliability for our customers.
Technical Developers:

George is a technically minded team player who brings energy, clarity and consistency to his work. He’s known for communicating well, supporting those around him and creating a positive environment where good work gets done. With a hands-on approach and a calm, solutions-focused mindset, George helps teams stay organised, connected and moving forward. He combines technical understanding with strong communication skills, and is valued for being dependable, easy to work with and always willing to go the extra mile.
Sales & Operations:

Based in London, Tom is a Cardiff philosophy graduate working in the sales team. With a background in recruitment, he thrives in making meaningful connections and uses his outgoing personality to bring in new business. Tom is fascinated with all things AI and is eager to learn as he develops his skills.

With a background in the British Army’s Parachute Regiment and service in Metropolitan Police and Kent Police, Marc brings discipline, resilience and decisive leadership. Now leading Public Sector Sales, he focuses on reducing bureaucracy, building trusted relationships and delivering meaningful outcomes.
The Investment & Advisory Team:

For anyone interested in GenAI in the UK, Glen needs no introduction. He’s the National Technology Officer of Microsoft UK and leads their 3,000+ technical team here. He’s also the face of GenAI for Microsoft representing their view of the future to strategic clients and beyond. Mark Sutcliffe Advisory Board Chair
For anyone scaling tech for the frontline, Mark Sutcliffe is a pivotal figure. As the founder of Redzone, he pioneered the “Connected Worker” category, leading the platform to global dominance and a landmark acquisition. Now an advisor to Great Wave AI, Mark brings his world-class expertise in Complex Adaptive Systems to ensure our GenAI remains human-centric. He is a specialist in bridging the gap between sophisticated AI strategy and frontline execution, focusing on how technology can unlock the hidden potential of teams to drive massive, real-world productivity.

Praveen is Co-founder and CEO at award-winning and high-growth technology consulting firm Scrumconnect. After successful stints as a technology leader on large-scale technology projects at The Home Office, Praveen went on to be Managing Partner at Agilesphere. Since leaving to set-up Scrumconnect in 2011, he has grown it to a major player within central government technology consulting with over 250 staff placed across major accounts like DWP, MoJ and DfE. Praveen says, ““The platform is just brilliant. It has taken us from ‘in the mix’ on GenAI to best-in-class within weeks.”

Lord Kulveer Ranger of Northwood is a member of the House of Lords and a leader in technology, public policy, and strategic communications. He played a key role in delivering the London Oystercard, led major transport and environmental initiatives under Mayor Boris Johnson, and helped shape the city’s digital future.
Previously a senior executive at Atos, he has advised leaders across sectors and served on boards including Transport for London. An international speaker and media commentator, he continues to lead the agenda for UK AI adoption, digital innovation and technology policy.
