Great Wave AI signs the Armed Forces Covenant

Great Wave AI is proud to announce that we have become a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.

We recognise the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans, and military families bring to our business, our community, and our country. Their discipline, adaptability, and technical skill are qualities we deeply respect, and often see reflected in our own team.

By signing the Covenant, we commit to:

– Promoting the fact that we are an armed forces-friendly organisation, both on our website and within our own team.

– We will offer serving personnel work placements for resettlement and career-transition purposes, supporting them as they prepare for civilian employment.

– The veterans that we currently employ, that make up 15% of our current staff, we offer these staff members a day off on Remembrance Day.

– We also recognise and support the reservists in our workforce, we are committed to supporting them in balancing their civilian roles with their military commitments.
